Included reforestation efforts in Hawaii and expanded global responsible sourcing assessments.

dōTERRA, a leader in essential oils and natural wellness products, has released its 2025 Impact Report.

From reforestation in Hawaii, to expanded responsible sourcing assessments around the globe, dōTERRA made measurable progress in 2025 across its supply chain, sustainability and community programs.

Together, dōTERRA and the dōTERRA Healing Hands Foundation provided more than $12.8 million in charitable contributions, product donations and community investments worldwide, which included a donation of $807,971 from the dōTERRA Healing Hands Foundation to strengthen sourcing communities. dōTERRA recently joined the Union for Ethical BioTrade (UEBT), reinforcing its commitment to ethical sourcing, biodiversity and responsible business practices.

“The numbers in this report tell an important story, but behind every number is a person, a family, a community, an ecosystem,” said David Stirling, founding executive and CEO of dōTERRA. “We are grateful to the growers, sourcing partners, employees, Wellness Advocates and customers who make this impact possible.”
